DETAILS

The Arndorfer watchword is origin. Martin & Anna believe the role of the winemaker is crucial – artisanship is the combination of creativity, sensitivity and personality. They have created different ranges to capture various distinctive yet essential truths behind their vineyards and the grape varieties.

“Origin for us though is restricted to the vineyard and the vines. The vines soak up the vigour of the soil and their surroundings and give the grapes their unmistakable character based on their origin. Even though we do not feel bound by tradition, we want to emphasise that the influence of the vineyard is crucial to our philosophy. We are convinced that it is impossible to make two wines exactly the same if the grapes come from different vineyards, regions or countries. We think that the most important part of the vineyard is life and balance. Both things are very closely connected with our soils and the work/management we do with the soil. There are lot of little animals and partly very big mycelium in the soil which help the vine to get water and nutrients, but they need their 'home' and food. So in our viticulture we try to provide them what they need so they will provide our vines what they need… if we assault our vines (fertilizer and herbicide) we will not have life and balance in our soil."

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Birmingham deliveries

We offer FREE delivery for orders £40+ every Thursday & Saturday within a 10 miles radius of our Birmingham city centre venue (B55SL). We require orders by Wednesday for Thursday delivery, likewise Friday orders for Saturday delivery. For orders under £40 we charge £5 delivery within our 10 mile radius.

National deliveries outside Birmingham

We offer FREE UK delivery for all orders £75.00 or more. Orders placed before 10am on Monday will be delivered by Friday to addresses in mainland UK, providing the wines are in stock, with some postcode exceptions. Please note that orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, for delivery by Friday the same week.
We have no minimum order, although there is a minimum delivery charge of £10.00 for orders under £75.00 in order to cover our logistical costs.
We try to ensure delivery within 5 working days, though your order will likely arrive sooner.
For orders under £75 we have worked hard to find the best price we can, bearing in mind that wine is both heavy and fragile. We use APC and DHL couriers who specialise in due care and diligence with fragile and liquids.

European and Worldwide Delivery

Please contact us direct for a quote. Given the complexity of shipping wine internationally we will provide a bespoke price based on requirements.

Bank Holidays

Our couriers do not operate over bank holidays, therefore additional time will be taken into account if an 'order to delivery window' is processed over a bank holiday.

Returns

We offer free replacement on all stock if proven to be damaged in transit.
If our products are proven to be out of condition on arrival we offer replacement stock to the same value.
