The vineyards include old Carignan planted in 1958, alongside Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and white varieties. Natural yeasts are used in the cellar, with both blends and single-variety wines in the range.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWine\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOld-vine Vermentino from clay-limestone ground is picked by hand, fermented in stainless steel and kept on its lees for around eight months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has more texture and concentration than the Lou Canoun white blend. Lime, pear and flowers finish with the gentle bitterness typical of Vermentino.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOrigin\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eVermentino grows on Costeplane's clay-limestone plateau in the Gard.
