Wine
Trigone Blanc combines varieties and harvests, with the precise blend changing between releases. Citrus and white fruit, with a gently savoury breadth and a fresh finish. The different grapes give more than one register of flavour. Pour with roast fish, chicken or a vegetable dish with herbs, and serve cool enough to refresh rather than conceal the texture.

Origin
The Fenouillèdes rises inland from the Roussillon plain. Decomposed granite and higher vineyard positions distinguish the ground from the warmer coastal country. Cooler nights help preserve the acidity that balances the white grapes' ripe flavour.
