RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunding and returning your wine is as easy as ordering. All we'll need is your email address and where you would like us to collect it from.
Our collections take place within 5-7 working days of booking, if any collections fail, please get in touch and we will be happy to rearrange for a more suitable day.
Please bear in mind wine is a natural product and in so there is the potential for bottle variation. If your bottle is what we would deem as 'out of condition' we kindly request a description of the fault so that we can ascertain the problem and so follow up with our winemakers and suppliers.
