Wine
Schönberg gives Grüner Veltliner time on its lees, developing texture alongside its freshness. Pear and white pepper, with a savoury, gently textured middle. The freshness is present without making the wine sharp or narrow. Drink with roast vegetables, pork schnitzel or a creamy mushroom dish that needs a white with some shape.

Origin
Schönberg am Kamp lies in the cooler northern Kamptal. Loess overlies areas of gneiss, amphibolite and weathered ancient rock across the local vineyards. Sunny exposures and cool nights give Grüner Veltliner the opportunity to build flavour without losing its fresh outline.
