The Jaume family has a long history at Domaine des Chanssaud. Organic farming continues that relationship with the land, with close attention to the estate's family vineyards.

Wine
The red blend brings Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre together in a traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Ripe berry fruit, spice and southern herbs, with a substantial but balanced palate. This is a red to give some air and a proper place at dinner. Lamb, braised beef or mushrooms with a rich sauce will meet its depth comfortably.

Origin
Châteauneuf-du-Pape lies in the southern Rhône, where Grenache is particularly at home. Warm summers and the region's varied stony and clay soils give generous fruit and structure. Chanssaud's family vineyards form part of that long-established landscape.
