BIODYNAMIC
Biodynamics is all in the details. A philosophy (differing from organic as a methodology), a way of life and school of thought following a sustainable, holistic approach promoting soil health and biodiversity through a diversified ecosystem. Often basing activities on the lunar cycle. Healthy soil makes for happy grapes!

NATURAL
Natural wine is farmed organically or biodynamically and made without adding or removing anything during the winemaking process. No additives or processing aids are used and intervention in the naturally occurring fermentation is kept to a minimum. Neither filtration or fining are used. Resulting in living wines with naturally occurring microbiology.
NB- at present there exists no official or legal definition of natural wine and there are no organisations that certify what a natural is.
