FINE WINE UNEARTHED
This is your chance to taste some posh kit with an expert. Sam Olive your host has spent many years advising and selling fine wine and investment stock. Sam is also a WSET tutor and holder of a WSET Diploma, well placed to guide you through the finer elements of this subject.
You will be guided through the some of the highest calibre wine regions of the world, hitting up some of the big boys from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Barolo amongst others. You will learn about the detailed qualities finer wines possess; balance, length, complexity, intensity and their unique sense of place and terroir. Why they are so expensive and why many if them require ageing to come to fruition.
