Loxarel works from Can Mayol in the Alt Penedès. Its organic and biodynamic approach connects vineyard care with the wider estate, preserving local varieties alongside an openness to experimentation.
Wine
Cora combines Xarel·lo with Muscat of Alexandria and Muscat de Frontignan. The 2025 preserves their fragrance in a dry white. Citrus blossom and fresh grape aromas, opening into a bright, dry palate. The Muscat gives lift without turning the wine sweet. Serve with aromatic salads, fish or gently spiced food that can meet its fragrance.
Origin
The Alt Penedès rises inland from the Mediterranean. Clay and limestone form part of the Can Mayol landscape, with higher vineyard positions moderating the summer warmth. That difference in temperature helps preserve acidity beneath the wine's floral fruit.
