Wine
Lime and green apple, with a firm, dry line across the palate. There is ripe fruit behind the acidity, so the wine feels complete rather than austere. A good partner for grilled fish, vegetable dishes or a simple roast chicken.

Origin
Saulheim lies in Rheinhessen, where limestone, marl and loess form a varied vineyard landscape. The relatively dry, sheltered climate gives Riesling time to ripen. Acidity retained through the season keeps the ripe citrus fruit in a clear, fresh frame.
