Sophie Eymin and Kévin Tichoux are part of the renewed interest in vineyards around Seyssuel. Their work combines organic farming with hands-on attention to small parcels.

Wine
Cap Syrah is fermented with native yeasts and given time in a wooden vat. Blackberry and pepper, with a fresh, finely structured palate. The wine has Rhône Syrah's familiar dark-fruit character, while remaining open enough for the table. Give it air and serve with lamb, mushrooms or a sausage-and-lentil supper.

Origin
The plot lies on the Rhône's left bank, on a plateau with rounded stones. Its position differs from the steep slopes of nearby appellations. Summer warmth ripens Syrah, while exposure and drainage help shape the vine's response to the season.
