Wine
Les Maiols is Garnacha from younger vines, handled for fragrance and fluidity. Red berries and a rose-like lift, with a light, clear palate and fine texture. This is a Mediterranean red that stays agile. Serve slightly cool with grilled vegetables, chicken or a spread of tapas.

Origin
Montsant surrounds Priorat in inland Catalonia. Limestone, clay and sandy vineyard ground occur across its varied hills. Summer warmth ripens Garnacha, while elevation and cooler nights help preserve the freshness beneath its open fruit.
