Celler Credo is the still-wine project associated with Recaredo. Organic farming, local varieties and the preservation of vineyard biodiversity underpin its work in the Penedès.

Wine
Miranius is Xarel·lo from several Penedès sites. Hand-picked grapes ferment with the estate's own yeasts. Citrus and apple, with a firm, fresh palate and enough body to carry food. Xarel·lo has a useful savoury side beneath the fruit. Pour with seafood, rice dishes or a vegetable tortilla; it will also develop rather than disappear in the glass.

Origin
The Penedès forms a varied landscape between the Mediterranean and inland hills. Limestone-rich and clay soils occur across its vineyard areas, with elevation changing the growing conditions. Miranius draws on that range, balancing Xarel·lo's ripe fruit with freshness from cooler positions.
