Wine
Premières Gouttes was the first release of Combier's small négociant project, made from organically grown Gamay. Red berries, a suggestion of pepper and a supple, lightly structured palate. This is Beaujolais for drinking, with sufficient shape to hold its place at dinner. Give it a short chill and pour with pâté, roast chicken or a plate of charcuterie.

Origin
The vineyards lie around Lancié, in the southern reaches of the Beaujolais-Villages area. Granite ground is a natural home for Gamay. It gives the wine a clear regional identity beneath the immediate pleasure of its fruit.
