AbstractCitrus, orchard fruit, savoury edge
Winemaker
I Cacciagalli farms around Teano with a biodynamic approach. Local varieties and the wider agricultural landscape shape the estate's identity.
Wine
Aorivola centres on Falanghina. Citrus and orchard fruit, with a gently savoury texture and a fresh finish. Falanghina gives enough flavour for food without becoming overly aromatic. Drink with fish, vegetables or a simple pasta dish with lemon and olive oil.
Origin
Teano lies near the extinct Roccamonfina volcano in northern Campania. Volcanic material forms part of the area's vineyard soils. The landscape brings different elevations and exposures, allowing white grapes to develop flavour while keeping a fresh outline.
