Winemaker
Gina Hildebrand grew up around biodynamic farming in California's Sierra Foothills. After harvests in France, New Zealand, Oregon and Napa, she established Lady of the Sunshine on the Central Coast, bringing that farming experience home.

Wine
Chevey combines Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral barrels. Citrus and orchard fruit with a rounded, gently savoury texture. Sauvignon brings lift; Chardonnay gives the wine a broader middle. It is a white for food as much as an aperitif: roast chicken, scallops or vegetables with a creamy sauce.

Origin
Edna Valley lies on California's Central Coast, open to cooling Pacific air. The region includes varied marine and volcanic-derived vineyard soils. Ocean influence slows ripening, allowing flavour to develop while preserving the acidity beneath Chevey's generous texture.
