Sammontana is a working family farm west of Florence. Daniele and Dario tend vines alongside olive groves, bringing organic and biodynamic practices to the whole agricultural setting.

Wine
Prunecchio brings Trebbiano together with Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia. Citrus fruit, fresh herbs and a little floral lift. Trebbiano supplies a saline edge, while the other varieties give texture and fragrance. A bright glass for grilled fish, a vegetable frittata or lunch in the garden.

Origin
Montelupo Fiorentino lies in Tuscany, west of Florence. The estate's limestone-rich ground is part of a mixed agricultural landscape of vines and olive groves. White grapes develop flavour in the summer warmth while the hillside setting helps keep their freshness.
