An Alsace blend built on Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner, with aromatic varieties adding fragrance to a dry white.

Winemaker
Camille and Marguerite Braun moved their family farm from mixed agriculture towards vines and wine. Their son Christophe returned in 1987, developing the vineyards around Orschwihr in southern Alsace.

Christophe and Chantal began converting to organic and biodynamic farming in the early 2000s; the estate is Demeter certified. Their daughter Annabelle returned in 2023. Cover crops, careful pruning and hand harvesting are part of the vineyard work.

Wine
Melting Potes follows Alsace's tradition of blended whites. Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner provide the base, with Riesling, Chasselas and Gewürztraminer adding acidity and fragrance.

The wine is dry, with orchard fruit, blossom and soft citrus. The aromatic grapes add lift rather than sweetness, while the blend has a rounded texture that suits food.

Origin
Orschwihr lies in southern Alsace, sheltered by the Vosges. Limestone and sandstone are part of the domaine's varied vineyard ground.
