The Dubois family farms Domaine Le Loup Bleu organically in Provence. Their work is grounded in the estate's vineyards and the surrounding landscape beneath Mont Sainte-Victoire.

Wine
Four varieties contribute to Vol de Nuit: Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Clairette. Direct pressing and time on fine lees give the wine its supple shape. Redcurrant and flowers, with a light herbal note beneath the fruit. The palate is rounded at first, then finishes fresh and dry. An inviting rosé for prawns, grilled fish or a tomato salad with plenty of olive oil.

Origin
The vineyards lie beneath Mont Sainte-Victoire in inland Provence. The mountain setting and Mediterranean climate bring strong sunshine alongside cooler conditions than the immediate coast. That contrast supports ripe fruit with a fresh aromatic outline.
