Winemaker
The De Wulf Coquelle family farms Château des Annibals organically in Provence Verte. Woodland, streams and natural vegetation around the small parcels are part of the estate's agricultural setting.

Wine
A delicate rosé with redcurrant, a little citrus and a clean, dry finish. Fresh enough for the first glass, with enough fruit for the table. Drink with prawns, a tomato salad or vegetables from the grill.

Origin
The vineyards lie in Provence Verte, inland in the Var, on stony clay-limestone ground. Hot, dry summer days bring ripeness, while cooler nights slow the loss of acidity. The result is southern fruit with a fresh outline.
