Wine
Susumante gives the local Susumaniello grape a sparkling rosé expression, using natural fermentation. Deep pink fruit, floral lift and lively bubbles, with a soft touch followed by lasting freshness. This is a useful bottle for the whole meal, particularly seafood, fried food or a generous spread of antipasti.

Origin
Castellaneta lies in inland Puglia, where sandstone-derived ground contains sand, gravel and clay-like material. Southern sunshine gives the grapes ripe fruit. The site's soils and growing conditions form the foundation beneath the wine's lively acidity.
